BLACK AND GREY TATTOOS
The most loyal of all tattoos. The classic black and grey tattoo is where a lot of artists start and some never do anything else. Playing with negative space takes talent and years of practice. You can also start with Black and Grey and add colour at a later point if you choose.
COLOUR PROJECT
Colour inspires different feelings from dark to light, working with colour is not easy and putting the wrong ones together can be the downfall for an artist. I have spent years, studying and building colour palettes. Let’s have some fun putting together your look.

PREPARING
When you are ready to get your first or next tattoo, please take an extra day to think about it. Tattoos are commitments and should have a special meaning for you.
Research different styles and think long term. Don’t base your tattoo on your favourite celebrity because chances are they won’t always be.
Save photos and then go back and delete the ones that don’t make you feel good inside. Write down why you are getting this tattoo, and the meaning it has so that we can design the most one of a kind tattoo for you.
THE PROCESS
When you have finished all your homework and are ready to book your appointment, send me an email with your top THREE references and tell me the following information.
Size, Location, Style & Meaning
I book up quickly and do travel between Havana and Toronto quite often, so book early and start preparing your skin for your appointment.
We will do a consultation in person if needed. Generally, we will do it by video or email. Your mock design will be ready before your appointment but I do like to work spontaneously. To make your tattoo fit perfectly I also prefer to freehand it to your body.
AFTER CARE
So you just got your tattoo and want to show it off to everyone, but there are some important rules to follow before you do your big reveal.
The simple rules I tell everyone, keep it clean by washing twice a day with an unscented soap but do not soak it.
Keep it moisturized! Having your skin full of moisture will allow your tattoo to heal quickly and stay bright. 3-4 times a day will be enough unless you feel you have extremely dry skin.
Do Not Pick! No Matter What!!
Protect it from the sun for a minimum of one month.
